Your Role

We are looking for an energetic Program Manager to organize and coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams. You will provide strategic coordination to project managers in ways that promote the company’s success. You will also oversee the progress of different projects, talk to all stakeholders, identify gaps, and develop strategies to address those gaps to achieve delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent coordinator and will have experience in managing multiple tasks of different nature to assist the leadership in producing results in a timely manner. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.


  • Formulate, organize and monitor inter-connected tasks.
  • Coordinate cross-project activities.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other staff to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities.
  • Apply change, risk and resource management.
  • Assess program performance and aim to maximize delivery excellence.
  • Resolve projects’ higher scope issues.
  • Prepare reports for the company leadership.
  • Assist the leadership in achieving company objectives.

What You Need

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office; working knowledge of program/project management software (Trello, JIRA, MS Project etc.) is a strong advantage.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
  • MS in Computer Science / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
